Satyajit Roy is a multi-sector entrepreneur and systems thinker with over a decade of experience building companies at the edge of disruption—spanning food, tech, publishing, sustainability, and digital media. His lens has always been trained on inefficiencies others tolerate. His instinct is to solve, streamline, and scale.

He has launched consumer products, built media IP, and led teams across continents. But it was during the lockdown—teaching himself to code through YouTube tutorials to recover a delayed tech product—that the next chapter revealed itself. That shift into emerging technologies laid the groundwork for his current focus: deploying AI to unlock Real Estate.

Before Norché, he served as Managing Director for the India operations of an international crypto exchange, where he led regulatory compliance and team setup during the company’s India entry. He has worked across institutional and startup environments with equal agility.
